就成了前辈。要在公司﹐偶豈不成了一匹黑色竣馬﹖

你們仨倒好﹐一來仨玩地設好局讓偶往里跳。

不過﹐俺倒真不愁。

Worry usually means that you have things to solve.
Solving issues in life is just like working on a project in the job.
Set right expectations,
Check and leverage all available resources.
Understand that it takes time,
Stay focus on the issue,
Prepare well and never quit and be positive.

Regarding “never quit”, there is a poem from that book to share:

When things go wrong as they sometimes will,
When the road you’re trudging seems all uphill,
When the funds are low, and the debts are high,
When you want to smile but you have to sign,
When care is pressing you down a bit,
Rest if you must, but don’t you quit.

Life is strange with its twists and turns.
As every one of us sometimes learns,
And many a failure was turned about,
When he might have won had he stuck it out.
Don’t give up, though the pace seems slow,
You may succeed with another blow.
