昨天和猪头吃饭

昨天和猎头吃饭的时候，猪头详细问了我的工作情况，还有搬到新地方的感受等等。他还告诉我坏消息说猪头的工作也不好做，现在的Job Market比几个月前更差些，找工作的人更多，而新职位却很少，很多公司没有新职位，有的公司也只是那么很少的几个职位而已。现在雇人的过程很慢，雇人的公司通常都不是很急，想要Interview更多的人，慢慢挑选。所以找工作的朋友要多一些耐心，总是能找到的，但是花的时间会长些。
