这个工作该怎么换？换还是不换？

第一次换工作，没经验，诚心请交．It almost like a situation I felt I have to change job, other wise I will not survive as a decent human bening in current company. But, I still like to hear the opinions.

I worked at currently company for almost 5 years, had very bad experience with office politics which is the main reason I tried to find a new job. My current boss A is a chinese too, but we had some bad history when I worked for my first boss B who later on became B's boss for a while and resigned a couple of months ago. I think due to those histroy, A is not fair to me at all. First of all, he will not give me any high order or critical projects to work on, those are the things allow you to have a high exposure to the upper managerment team. Then, he always critics about my habit of working such as the way I do my experiments, and other things. I tends to change myself to fit into his taste, but after almost 6 months, I don't see my effort of changing make any difference. he also pass along the negative comments about me to my coworkers from time to time. I don't mind to be told that I need to imporve, but I hate my boss complains about me to others without me knowing about it. I don't think it is professional. It is clear that he didn't trust me at all, all the projects he assigned to me are all the low level, non-critical and labor intensive. There is a new guy joined group about year ago, I can see my boss with him day in and out, put him into the critical projects and also worked with him very closely. Unfortunately, I have no such opportunty at all. That's why I looked around and luckily (and also unluckily) got an offer from another company locally.

Luckily, the new company offered me a senior position which is almost impossible to get if stays here. and the work is exactly what I used to do. Unluckily, new company offered simliar salary and but less bonus than current one. And, the workload in the new company is much more. I have to say though my current company is large, it is so far very stable, and kept going strong. I cn see myself, if stays, I will have a lot opportunity to improve myself, technically. On the other hand, the new company is smaller, and less stable, and the job fits my background so well, I felt I don't have much chances to learn new things and expand myself. So, if I look beyond the next couple of years, if I stay, I will have more knowledge and more wide choices for the next job. If I make the change now, I will still do my old things and have to find the exact work if I want to change again, which may not be too difficult but will be more challenging.

So, if you were me, what you will do? If I change, I will have a better enviornment to work since they look upon my expertise, but not much self improvment technical vise; if I stay, I will have chance to improve myself, but the level of unhappyness is so high that I don't even want to work anymore.
