终于辞职了！

确切地说是终于被迫辞职了！

我在这家公司两年多，从去年开始和老板有了大大小小的冲突。我是个很粗心的人，起因有可能是因为一些小节，后来又因为一个PROJECT我在和她的两人会议上当面和她争论一番，她去年年中给我不达标的评语，同时第一次和我说，我有可能不适合这个工作，但她又强调她多么希望我在这家公司取得成功云云。我想如果我当时就辞职，也就免了日后的种种受气。

可我天真的认为能够改变，因为公司很好，我又是组里技术相对强的一个(现在想来多么愚蠢)，觉得她不会那么怀吧。我计划年底争取一个好的鉴定，然后跳到别的部门去。我真的是这样做的：和她开会时煞有介事的讨论这段工作的表现，她也说我 on the right track 什么的，还有她不让我在家工作，尽管她和别人都尽量享受这个便利。她又要求我做什么工作进度报表(task list)， 然后她和另一个(也是个老油子)组员一起和我开会讨论我的工作。这种种迹象都是她一步步给我上套，我却仍然觉得可能改变。

年底她又给了我一个不及格的鉴定，找了两个很微不足道的理由。我在那段时间也在联系另一个组的工作，后来那个经理看了我的鉴定后就找了个理由不要我了。我的头儿也知道我申请了这个工作。

我仍然心存侥幸，想只要我不出什么差错，她不能把我怎么样。等经济好一些再换个工作。我仍然小心翼翼不让她抓我的把柄，结果上周她提前给我上半年的鉴定(通常都是8月份才做)，鉴定极差，每条都是不合格，很明显就是让我走入，否则就会开了我，找的都是很牵强，莫须有的罪名。

虽然也在意料中，怛她这么恶，这么名目张胆仍让我吃了一惊。最后和家里商量当天就辞了。

总结经验教训：
1。不要跟头儿讲理。头儿说你对，不对也对，说你不对，对也不对。
2。一旦得罪了头儿，就死定了，基本没有挽回。
3。给小人干活，你如果相信能干活就可以保住工作就错了，重要的是让头儿高兴。
4。公司无理可讲，能待就待，待不下去，赶快走入。

这是我的教训，想起这一年多，竟像恶梦一样，现在离开了，心里仍然不甘。觉得自己的文化背景让我做事要留有余地什么的，我最后走的时候也没和她撕破脸，还尽量的交接了工作，这些就是我的以其人之道还治其人之身么？来美国这么久，我怎么就学不会很多美国人这套翻手为云，覆手为雨的本事呢？我想我如果临走能够给她点难堪，哪怕几句难听的话，我心里也会平衡一些。
