ask about chinese consulting company

I got a call from a Chinese IT consultant company，是不是 所说的 ICC？ said
they have a IT position open。 I tell them I donot have any IT background。 She said it doesnot matter， as long as I know how to use computer， they can give me free training。 after one month， I can do the job。 and she said I will work for their client， 但我整个工作关系属于他们company。 他们给５５k， 一年１０天假， 有保险。

我在想如果这是真的当然好， 可那有天上掉bascuit的事。 IT 也不是一个月training就会的吧。问问大家这是什么样的公司， 是不是真的？他们怎么运作？ 我有green card。

这里的高人多， 见识广， 来这问问大家。Thanks
