事故总是发生在public library借来的图书上.会有罚款吗?

不小心把酱油蹭在一页上了, 急忙找来橡皮擦, 擦得太用力了, 突然发现快要把一页纸都擦薄了. 会有罚款吗? 哎~~, 以后再也不借书看了.
