请问四大会计公司现在招有行业经验的人吗

请问各位前辈，我有4年fiancial service operation的经验，想找四大会计公司auditing的工作，请问是要申请junior职位吗？用什么方式申请呢？最近网上好像只招manager。如果不申请junior职位，还有什么职位可以申请进入四大呢?
