If you are in that Lab and you do a good job. You cannot get referrence from the couple since they donot let you left and they treat you bad, push you. It is very hard for you to get a job. my LG had this situation before, and he have to still in the Lab for four years, since the boss told him no reference letter for him. Until one summer his boss come back to china. when another job they ask for referrence, LG said boss come back to china, he cannot find him. Finally left fire pit after 4 yrs.
