What shall I do?

I had a full day interview with company A
last September. Even though I answered all
the questions, I didn't hear anything afterward.

In this May, I noticed that they had an open with
exact same job description. i am still interested in it.
What shall I do? Is it wise to contact the hiring manager
again?
