请教并求祝福，非常感谢

失业快半年了。本周三有一个on site interview，是一个大公司的research scientist的职位。前些天电话面试了两次，第一次是和chief scientist（他领导这个小组），第二次是和一个engineer。

秘书给我日程安排，从上午9点到下午5点，要见9个人，scientist和engineer/developer各占一半，还有一个Hiring manager。中午有个工作餐，下午我要做一个45分钟的talk.

我的面试经验很少，以前面过的小公司一般都比较简单，谈2个小时左右就完了，也不做talk。不知道这种详细的面试有什么要注意的地方，他们一般喜欢怎样考察面试者呢？
