try to spend sometime in writing your thesis in weekdays

although it's hard while working. The longer time you take, the more details you'll possibly forget. In the future when you get feedback from thesis examiners and in case you need to do some amendments, you'll feel it takes time to simply recall some of the details. So you'd better try hard to finish your thesis as soon as possible.

You might want to write a brief of what you did last time so it helps you recall some details next time when you want to pick it up.
