该选择哪个呢？

我当前是做international tax的，现在有两个机会：

A公司上市公司，公司80%的收入从国外来，年销售8.6B。国外也有很多的工厂，子公司。岗位是international的，应该有很多的学习发展机会。就是离家比较远，要开车1.5小时。

B公司非上市公司，年销售1.5B。岗位是federal,state and international，要学习新的联邦，州税。好处是离家近，开车35-40分钟。

我有个儿子要接送。如果去A公司，要请人接送， B则不需要，因为daycare离公司4 miles，顺路。

这里有很多能人，帮我分析一下我应该选择哪个呢？
