He is over 40, is thinking to change his career, and taking some IT classes now. But it is very hard to get your first IT job if you do not have experience. Myself have been doing this for over 10 years, and do not think this is an easy job. Especially so many people are doing this, and a lot more are changing their career into this field. We will see how things will be in the future.
