Oracle developer 和.net developer, 哪个更有前途?

我是一个senior programmer 在一个市政府的IT department.
现在做.Net. 我们IT有一个内部的Opening是做ORACLE developer.
我不知道该不该申请,本人没有一点Oracle 的经验,而且这个Opening 是Application Analyst比我现在的职位高两级.有点犹豫要不要和头谈谈.请这里的高手给一些建议,谢谢!!!
