Conference Call

问一个老土问题。

公司里经常有conference call，即经常与顾客们会谈. 我从来没用过。

好像电话机也与家里日常的不一样，我的问题是怎么使用它。在家里能不能采用，如与朋友们远程会谈？收费如何？
