我被裁了

我被裁了。一个月以后离开公司。人事部门说要通知移民局撤销我的 H1B visa， 我是绿卡主申请人，排期是 Aug 2007。 我现在是等着公司去撤销我的 H1 visa ，还是在这一个月的时间 现在我主动申请用 EAD? 因为我需要时间找工作.
心里很乱。请大家出主意。谢谢。
