I even did not go that part yet and she already truned into that mood. She is like this all the way, even before my promotion. I have to fix it because the month end process and she was not in for two days. I am kind of emailing her to give her a heads up for the incoming consequence. My thought is to tell her what I did and going forward how to avoid this. Unfotunately in the first 30 seconds, she closed the ears and let the mouth go.
