一个不解的问题。上个星期，我们这里有一个怀孕7.5个月的人被雷了。let her go. 奇怪的是，我们公司still count her in our workforce till the day she gives birth to her child which means paying her as she is still employed.after she gives birth to her child, she will have 6-week maternity benefits then she will be on short term disability benefit. she will start using her sveragne package after short term disability benefit over.我觉得很奇怪，这和生完孩子在解雇她有什么区别？为什么搞的这么复杂。
