Any thoughts about new business startup

Hi,

My former colleagues (two indian guys) asked me to join them to form an LLC. Both of them are very nice (they are us citizens). All of us are at the same age (we are not young any more). Currently my 485 is pending (more than 1.5 year). Does anybody have any suggestions for this situation? If possible, I will be the CFO. I applied for my greencard using Financial Analyst(engineer). Will this affect my greencard approval in the future. By the way, my sponsor company won't withdraw my sponsorship. Thanks for your kind input!
