抱歉，恕我直言，感觉你好像没有团队意识

有没有正义感没什么所谓，但没有团队意识，就很要命。

面试中常见的问题就是，如果有个事情你做对了，其他人明显作错了，你会如何？类似的问题：和别人发生意见相左，如何处理；有人给你hard time,你如何处理，会不会把这事report给hr,或者更高的上级？

无论如何答，基本上都不要偏离：Personal Adaptability, Energy and Resilience.

@work一定要合群，不管对错，实在不能同流合污就选择离开。但屁股决定脑袋，什么位置说什么话，有些事情不要轻易的发表自己的观点，尤其是和别人意见相左的时候。
