How do you answer this question?

"Why do you want to leave your current job?"
I have been working on my current job for half year, but I don't like the working environment. I got an on-site interview, the hiring manager was very frankly told me that her concern is she feel i am not stable.

Just wonder next time, if they asking why do you want to leave, what will be the proper answers.
