去学校还是去公司？

A friend of mine got two offers this week.
One is a research assistant professor position in a state university with $68,000 and pension plan. She says it's a pretty stable position.
Another is from a big company with $90,000.
She's having a hard time to decide which one to choose.
Some suggestions to offer?
