真烦呀, 找工作难,难,难。

真烦呀。找工作难。公司要的skills,你要什么都会， 而切都答对，英语要perfect。否则没门。
算我走运，这星期3个on-site interview。第一个就败了，当场就让写特别corner的程序，就是他也得花两个小时写。
第二个，interview 问题都答对了。还问我愿干哪个职位，工资....。可今天recruiter 说,hiring manager 说team喜欢我technical skills, 但communication差点。 又被拒了。哼，要是我communication不好，我怎么能听懂你们的问题又都答对呢?当然英语不是我的母语。早知如此，phone interview后就别让我on-site interview。俺也是PhD在美国工作十多年了。有话直说好了。

第三个还不知道结果呢。
真受打击!!! 到这发泄一下。还得接着干。这什么时候到头啊!!!
