That's not true. All fed employees I know make more than 6 figure salary which is higher than people who work in companies with good benefit. And it's stable
It all depends what job you do and what degree you have. With his salary the job probably doesn’t require any skills as long as you have a high school diploma. The same job in companies gets paid less.
