请教phd 学历该不该hide

我在学校教书，teaching 的那种，不是tenure track的。最近想到公司找工，发了一些resume，但从未接到回信。工作的要求大都是BS 或MS+n年经验。诚心请教大家是不是该把phd 的经历从resume上拿掉。该怎样处理？面试或今后真正接到offer 后会不会有影响？
