How much to ask?

换工作，一般比现在工资高多少或多少百分比是比较合理（不太高或太低）的？5%, 8%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30%?

offer 给的比现在还低。我还想长一点呢。 说多少呢？_:o
