什么是Phone Screening？

今年五月份博士毕业，申请Boston一个研究所的一个技术支持的职位，今天接到HR的电话，明天她要给我一个大概20分钟Phone Screening。 我问她是不是interview, 她说是。她的Title是Human Resource Specialist；不知道这样的Screening都会问什么问题，她说要问我的CV上的一些general的问题，不知道会不会涉及到专业知识和研究方面的问题。请哪位有经验的大侠分享一下，多谢！！！
