拿到offer后得知怀孕，新工作是需要on-call的sysytem administrator

到工作时是孕十一周。现在正式offer我已经收到。公司规定第一周培训，经理会在第一周具体讲解工作内容，然后我再在offer上签字。此工作接触大型计算机 (computer cluster)，不过我可以尽量避免进server room.但员工每几周轮流on-call是在晚上和周末，我肯定吃不消。我想尽早告诉经理我怀孕的事，但是担心会影响offer（因工作第一周才签），一周后再告诉又担心公司觉得我不诚实。该怎莫办比较好呢？
