今天又想，觉得guaranteed promotion 是很愚蠢的要求。Nobody can guarantee anything. Even the senior VP guarantees me today, who knows if he is still with the company by the end of the year. 在A被调去另一account救急，他要求salary rise. They said to him “don’t worry, we take care this later. You have to wait until annual salary review time.” 扔给他一个烂摊子，他每星期做90个小时，with expection of $40K rise. By annual review time, the whole company had salary freeze with no exception。 怪不得他现在成了祥林嫂。那几个title和他一样， 却比他多挣4，5万的VP 又给他一个不顾劝大局，dig grave for himself的罪名。

只要眼前不能实现的，都是空头支票。就是觉得这墨大公司，怎抹干这种事。
