求教：离开公司前能不能要求发 performance bonus

哪位懂法律的帮我出出主意：我在一家大公司工作，我现在已经工作够满一年。公司内在讨论发 performance bonus 的事。我拿到一个 offer，催我赶快上班。我的问题是：

我能不能在公司给我发 performance bonus 前跟公司提出辞职，并且要求给我发 performance bonus。我的理由是 performance bonus 是对过去一年的肯定，即使我辞职，公司应该给我发 performance bonus。

另外，如果我提出辞职后，公司不给我发 performance bonus，我是不是可以告这个公司。

我同时会把这个贴子发到“职场生涯”。
