don't like the situation. If you have real concerns about the hiarchy in your company, talk to your boss or HR to voice your concerns. It's better to seek their advice than venting your frustration to stranger like me, a muggle.

Another thing is that you should talk to your Chinese coworker as well if you want to find out why he or she is doing what you labeled as 讨功. Taking credit when it is due is not a crime, is it? As long as it is not your credit that he or she is taking!
