麻烦指教：文科背景，想学data mining, or statistical analyses

麻烦指教：文科背景，想学data mining, machine learning， OR statistical analyses 等等。 一直想学，但文科背景，老觉得学起来会不容易，所以老下不了决心。但是工作需要这个。我如果会了这个，会对自己在工作上的发展很有帮助。

但是从何学起呢？到底有多难呢？ 我有点怵头回学校做ＦＵＬＬ　ＴＩＭＥ　ｓｔｕｄｅｎｔ　了。
