You only need to mention the place which you stayed a little

longer,no need to list the whole history,indeed,just make-up your employment history shorter like 3 years each time.

Employer only do the background check when they're really
interested in the person,in an other word,once they need reference you will get that job for sure.

P.s.make sure you do have nice people in those company
who can give you nice reference.
