what's your defination by 金融专业?

There are many deions in financial services industry.
If you coming from tech background, try Quant path maybe better. Skills needed are programming, modeling(matlab, c++, monte carlo, etc) . You may need to take a CFA test but not required. For school, you can goto credited MFE or Finance Mathmatics.

If you are talking about investment jobs, try to goto top B school and goto hedgefund or mutual fund starting as analyst.

Either way is tough now as market is melting down, takes years to recover and will never get as high as before.
