谢谢云河！现在Salary不是最最主要的问题，

俺希望能规划好以后的职业发展。唉，感觉做Development自己并不强。做QA时间也不长，而且因为最后一个工作是QA，现在碰到的QA职位可能一半还多，要回到Development好像有些难。有意以后往Management（如Project Manager之类）方向发展，又不知如何着手规划。刚又被LD批评了，郁闷中，人到中年不好过啊。
