和公司老总午餐有何注意事项？

接到lunch with president invitation, 晕！从来没正式接触过此人，连我的经理也轮不到与他有何联系。不知他有和意图？我是搞产品开发的工人，工作才半年，今年有两个课题。最近才了一批人又部门领导调动，好像刚结束。请大家教教我有何注意，该说什么不该说什么。是不是有关公司的事务他问我答，自己不要发挥？ 又比如如果他问道有何long term goal 之类的该如何回答呢？
