How to deal with agent call?

I lost my job last month. Since then, I have sent out about 20 resumes. So far I did not get any response, but received about 7 or 8 agents call for interviewing. I went for two job interviews with two separate agent's help last two weeks. My questions is the following:

I am still getting agent's call. Should I meet with new agents or just keep working relationship with current 2 agents? The first agent I met with mentioned that I should not contact other agents to avoid duplicated work.
