When you look at budget books, the guys with higher rate have more projects than peons. $150 or $300 or $600/hr or more ... you name it - which must be charged somewhere. - what are those VPs,or SVP doing? 80% of time they were drowsing during meeting or your presentation, and in the end it is they who say go or no-go.BTW, only way you can keep them up is dirty jokes :-)
