H1被雷,问unemployment benefit

请问各位XDJMs:
我是H1-B,刚被雷,请问我可以申请失业救济吗?会不会影响将来申请绿卡? H1被雷,就已经失去身分了,再领救济是违法吗?十分感谢.不同的洲会不一样吗?
