会计大侠们，请问如何做合并会计报表？

我以前在上市公司做的时候，只做过intercompany reconciliation,从没做过合并会计报表，以后想往这方面找工，I would like to get advice from you on how do I consolidate the following transactions:
1: Accounts payable and Accounts receivable among Parent company and Subsidiary
2. Investment in the Subsidiary:
3. Interest revenue and expense lie a parent company loan money to a subsidiary or a subsidiary loan money to a parent company
4. Dividend revenue or expenses
5. Management fee
6 Sales and Purchase
