急! 查出有乙型肝炎, 保险公司是否会通报 my employer?

我在 California 一家公司上班. 今天初步查出有乙型肝炎 带阳性, 医生准备下周一向保险公司申请深度检查. 尽管目前我的职位还算稳定, 但是公司目前处于裁员敏感期. 请教: 因乙肝有传染性, 又要较高的费用, 保险公司是否会主动通报 my employer, 对我不利? 谢谢各位大侠指教.
