I would talk to the boss and give him my to do list. If you have a lot to do, you will say my plate is full,is it possible to have other people do it? If I do the job, it has to be my name so that I will take full responsibility should any errors occure. I would say I feel bad if I made a mistake and she has to take the blame.

Or have your boss put in writing that you did ... but used xxx's name. I would at least send him an email saying I've done ... for XXX as a record.

Another way is to try to switch to a different dept or a company.
