I did have this kind of email published on my website longtime ago.

However, I can
t tell you what is the name of my website at here because it against the policy at here.
Therefore, I send you a QQH.
Here is a example:

Dear Mr. Great HR,

Thank you very much for your arranged the interview for me.
I am really glad for this interview. I find out myself like the team, the manager, and the company so much. I am more confident after the interview that I am one of the best candidate for this position, I am sure I will be the asset of the group from day one (or after a short time period).

Would you please let me know what will be the next step?
