该不该接受这工作

上个月公司决定每个人每周工作4天，工资也就相应减20%。 我工资本来才6万，变成48000。 于是发简历，找工作。今天得到一个offer,6.3万，我写的期望值是6。5万。

该公司比我现在公司小，而且如果出差，没有额外的补贴。
心理不太想去，可是公司业绩一天不如一天，真不知该不该接受
