是focus on issues。不能让他觉得你在challenge or have doubts about 他的领导能力。sometimes your words can be interpreted in a different way. have to think carefully from his perspective how he would think of the words. I do mean "words". The word you pick may have dramatic effect. English is our second language, even if you think you grasp it very well. Picking words is a tricky business. It is very tricky.
