It was very hot a couple of years ago. In Bank of America, it was really serious and everybody wanted to get a greenbelt. People holding a Master Blackbelt can get very good pay here. At least, it is a great marketing tool when you look for new jobs. It is about managing by facts and numbers - some basic statistics are involved.
