why I am asked these questions again and again?

I have a few phone interview calls these days. A kind of frustrating experience: both companies ask these logical/algorithm questions which needs some training.

I have worked for almost 10-year in software field and why I am asked these questions again and again to compete with new graduate?

Is there any problem with my resume?
