It is NOT necessarily to tell your past salary on the form

You past salary is your own secret.
It is NOT necessarily for you to disclosure your past salary to anybody else. You do not have to fill the number in that field. You can fill N/A or $1.
Specially if you want to jump for higher salary, you really do not have to tell your past secret.
