哪一个更好？Developer in a small company

or an automation QA in a big company.
The pay as an automation QA is good, even 30% better than my last one. The developer position is 5k less than my last one. Right now, I didn't accept any one them. The job market is so bad. I only have 2 interview opportunities in 3 weeks. Fortunately, I passed both of them.
