Look for Suggestions----

Hello,

I just finished an onsite interview two weeks ago. One of the interviewer (senior) replied my thank you email and said that I would receive the result in 2-3 weeks. Last week, the recruiter called me and left message. He got some feedback from the company and said that my interview went well and the company might bring me back for another interview. He also said that he should receive their confirmation later last week or earlier this week. Could I send the interviewer a follow-up letter (He is a Chinese) or just wait? Thank you for your suggestion.
